Senior Project Manager

- You will lead project teams consisting of multi-functional, global and virtual groups to ensure the appropriate expectations.
- You will track and share reports on projects, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects.
- You will be responsible for defining project requirements.
- You will lead the project teams in planning and estimating features, milestones, and scheduling.
- You will control change and risk and adjust the timeline and project scope to accommodate approved changes.
- You will be performing all Scrum ceremonies with the project team.
- You are responsible for building strong client relationships to increase client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the best project management practices and documentation for your project team and function.
- You will be engaged in team-building activities like interviews, onboarding and mentoring new team members.
- You will be working with delivery on project reviews and team maintenance tasks.
- You should be able to manage a team of 2 to 5+ in Project Management.
- You will be engaged in team performance evaluation.
Requirements & Skills:
- 7+ years of project management experience, including team leadership experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, high stake projects in an agile environment
- Proven experience in building, mentoring and managing efficient cross-functional development teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Excellent track record of driving the end-to-end process from the project Conceptualization to Deployment and Closure.
- Experience with Atlassian, AHA, Trello, JIRA, and Confluence in managing the application lifecycle.
- Proven track record in Requirement gathering and creating associated documents like BRD, Flowchart & FRD
- Proven track record in creating wireframes
- Experience in managing Change, resource and Risk Management in the project
- Excellent in People & Team Management
- Proven track record in estimation, user story writing & task tracking
- Experience in creating Project schedules and Reports
- Excellent in Client handling & Management
- Proven track record in managing international clients (Especially USA)
- Should be a Self-motivated self-starter who can establish a course of action for self and others and drive initiatives to completion
- Ability to forecast work accurately & proactively manage workload
- Proven track record in running Scrum projects and associated Scrum activities.
- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Experience in coaching/training project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
- Experience in design tools like Figma, Adobe, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
