Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our growing team in the IT services industry. The successful candidate will identify potential clients and promote our range of IT services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT solutions, and a proven track record in outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Conduct outbound activities including emails, and cold calls to potential clients to introduce our IT services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
  • Research and gather information on prospective clients to tailor sales pitches.

Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Generate regular sales reports to assess performance against targets.


Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Freshers who are willing to pursue their career in Sales & Marketing.

Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably.

.Negotiation Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections.

Team Player:
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Self-Motivated:
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
  • Must be open to work in US Shifts ( 4 PM to 1 AM).

Tech Savvy:
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
